The product
Dictation Repair Book is a local utility that proposes text-replacement rules from corrections you provide. Review suggestions before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, safety-critical, or production commands. It is not a transcription, medical, or accessibility service.
Free and paid use
The free app includes 25 approved rules, testing, and all exports. A $24 one-time personal license unlocks unlimited approved rules, plus updates through version 1.x. Sociobot/Dodo is merchant of record. Refunds are handled there and revoke the associated license.
Your data and responsibility
You retain ownership of your vocabulary and exports. You are responsible for permission to process workplace or personal text and for keeping exported backups. We do not receive the local vault and cannot recover an erased vault or lost local key.
Availability and warranty
The software is provided under the MIT License and, to the maximum extent allowed by law, without warranties. Release downloads are currently unsigned; follow operating-system prompts and verify published checksums. We may fix defects but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of download or license services.
